Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of £100 is required for the booking of Night Service. This will be refunded if the booking is cancelled up to 14 days before the start date. 
2. If booking is to start at baby's birth date and the baby is overdue, a retainer of £50 per night is required  until the actual start date. 
3. Night Service fee is required to be paid at least 24hrs prior to booking 
4. Full fee for consultation service is required before consultation. 
5. Fees are paid by bank transfer 
6. The consultant reserves right to cancel consultation at short notice due to personal emergency Rescheduling consultation or a full refund will be offered 
7. A minimum of 48-hour notice is required if clients would like to reschedule the consultation 
8. Advice given from 40 years of experience at a Night service booking or Consultation is not a substitute for medical advice from any healthcare professional. Any concerns about your child s health should be discussed with your health visitor, G.P or health professional
